Archive Fails with Secure Connection Failed

Is this a network glitch?

Trying to archive and I am getting a DOORS error:

GSKit SocInit failed: The secure connection failed.

The secure socket was forcibly closed.

This error would happen when there is a problem in connection.

A third party port scanner, or something else was sending bad data to a DOORS port.

There is APAR PM31233 which caused this error. It has been fixed in DOORS 9.3.0.3...

Not sure about the actual cause but check if the port is blocked or not and restarting DOORS service
